Are you busy every morning?  Don’t have time to make your own breakfast because you have to get your kids ready for school and then head to work?  A healthy breakfast is very important to start your day!  Not only does it give you energy to kick off the day on the right foot, but breakfast is linked to many health benefits, including weight control and improved performance. A protein-packed breakfast can satisfy your appetite and help you eat healthier all day long.

I recently had a chance to review 2 bottles of Quaker Breakfast Shakes! I was so excited because they sent 2 of my family’s favorite flavors : Strawberry and Chocolate.   I absolutely love both, they go down smooth and not overly sweet! Having a convenient and delicious breakfast has never been easier with this delicious shake.  These Quaker Breakfast Shakes keep me full a lot longer than other breakfasts, too.

The Quaker Breakfast Shakes are also convenient.  You can bring this little bottle in your purse, they don’t even need to b refrigerated until after they are opened so they are perfect for breakfast on-the-go! Now, let’s talk about the nutrition value.  The experts at Quaker have developed a different way to add whole grain oats and blend them into a smooth and creamy breakfast shake. Each bottle contains 10g of Protein, 8g of Whole Grains, 6g of Fiber* at 200 calories.  Quaker offers 3 delicious flavors : Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry.  I have not yet tried vanilla but will update this post once I do.

You can find the Quaker Breakfast Shakes from Amazon if you love online shopping, or go here to see Quaker’s Store Locator near you!  Don’t forget to bring this $2 off coupon to save on your next purchase!

For busy morning management, I absolutely HAVE TO start the day by hugging every member of the family. It helps every one to feel positive when starting the day. It might sound a bit cheesy, but it is so true. Then it’s coffee and cool morning air.
